Francesco Bulleri is a partner at ADG Legal, specialising in corporate, commercial and corporate governance matters across the UAE and wider region. He advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining ADG Legal, Francesco worked in private practice at BonelliErede and held in-house roles with Gucci and Axitea, giving him strong insight into the operational and governance challenges faced by businesses and boards. Francesco is ranked by Chambers and Partners and also serves as Adjunct Faculty at LUISS Business School in Dubai.

Beshoy Mounir is an associate in ADG Legal’s Corporate practice in Dubai, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions across the UAE and wider region. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions,

joint ventures, minority investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. He regularly supports clients on legal due diligence exercises, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements. Beshoy also advises on corporate governance, shareholder arrangements and regulatory compliance matters across a range of sectors including healthcare, real estate, education, logistics and pharmaceuticals.
