Agnieszka Janicka is the managing partner of Clifford Chance’s Warsaw office and head of its corporate and M&A practice. She has worked for the firm since it opened its Warsaw office in 1992 and has over 30 years of
Krzysztof Hajdamowicz is a counsel at Clifford Chance and has extensive experience in M&A transactions and cross-border corporate reorganisations in the CEE region. He also co-ordinates the team advising
corporate experience in many industry sectors. She has a special focus on energy and resources, TMT, financial services, consumer goods and healthcare. In particular, she has advised on some of Poland’s largest M&A transactions, privatisations and international equity offerings. Jarosław Lorenc is a counsel at Clifford Chance, specialising in securities law and capital markets regulations. He advises on international public offerings of securities and acquisitions of publicly listed companies through public tenders and indirect takeovers.
