Cristina M García-Hall is a junior partner at Cancio Covas & Santiago and a member of its Corporate department, primarily engaged in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions,
restructurings and municipal finance. Mr Cancio has participated in countless municipal and corporate securities offerings, including a wide range of financial products (swaps, hedges, derivative products, etc). In addition to handling the transactional and regulatory aspects of these transactions, he has also been involved in their tax-related aspects. Mr Cancio has also handled commercial litigation in both local courts and the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
