Nataša Lalović Marić is a partner at Wolf Theiss, with more than 25 years’ experience across the full spectrum of M&A, capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, and complex litigation. She is recognised as one of the leading lawyers in Serbia and throughout the region, highlighted for her expertise, strategic insight and decisive execution in high‑value transactions. Nataša has led Wolf Theiss teams on many of the most significant and sector‑defining M&A deals in Serbia and CEE/SEE, acting for both strategic and financial investors. Her standing within the business and legal community is reflected in her two consecutive terms as Chair of the Business/Corporate Law Committee at AmCham Serbia.
Stefan Šilobad is a qualified Serbian attorney-at-law and an associate in the dispute resolution, corporate and IP teams at Wolf Theiss. He advises international and domestic clients in complex litigation, enforcement and
security proceedings, with a particular focus on asset recovery, white-collar crime and contractual disputes. His practice also covers IP protection (including trade marks and software rights) as well as corporate governance, regulatory compliance and M&A structuring. Stefan frequently participates in due diligence projects and cross-border transactions. He is a co-author of the Serbian chapter of the Wolf Theiss guide on insolvency proceedings and collective redress in the CEE/SEE region.
Jovan Mićović is a qualified Serbian attorney‑at‑law and a member of the corporate/M&A team in the Belgrade office of Wolf Theiss, advising on corporate and M&A matters, commercial law and competition law.
He has broad transactional experience across the IT, PPP, renewable energy, automotive and life sciences sectors, and supports clients in day‑to‑day corporate matters and throughout all stages of M&A transactions. Jovan is particularly skilled in antitrust assessments of distribution agreements, and has participated in numerous merger control proceedings in Serbia and Montenegro, while also providing regulatory advice in the TMT, banking and finance, trade and consumer protection areas.
