Recently, the firm was in - volved in MOL’s acquisition of gas stations from OMV in Slovenia, after OMV’s exit; Dulux on its EUR194.5 million acquisition of Slovenian paint giant JUB; Sar - torius on its EUR360 million agreement to merge with purification specialist BIA Separations; and Generali on its merger by acquisition of Slovenia’s second largest insurance company Adriatic Slovenica. The firm has also recently assisted the Ministry of Finance and Insurance Supervision Agency in the adoption of a law. focusing on M&A and finance transactions and corporate governance issues. Jože has recently advised clients on several notable deals, including shareholders of HCG Group on the sale of the group to ANJAC SAS; UNIOR on disposal of its subsidiaries in Slovenia and Serbia; and Mercator, one of the largest Slovenian retailers and largest companies by revenue in Slovenia, on its attempted acquisition of a 100% shareholding in Tuš.
