Ignacio Echenagusia is a partner in the corporate/M&A practice of Deloitte Legal in Madrid. He has advised for over 25 years on M&A, financing and private equity transactions. Ignacio advises both local and foreign clients on acquisitions and sale processes in a wide range of industries. His professional experience encompasses advising on financing deals, acting for either lenders or borrowers. He has also advised on corporate and debt restructuring transactions. Ignacio holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and is a guest professor on Master Programmes at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Ignacio is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Ignacio Sanjurjo is a partner in the corporate/M&A practice at Deloitte Legal. He has advised for over 31 years on corporate/M&A matters. Ignacio advises local and foreign corporate and private equity players

on acquisitions and sale processes in a wide range of industries. He also practises in M&A in special situations, company law, corporate governance matters, business reorganisations and commercial collaboration agreements (including franchise and distribution agreements), providing legal advice to Spanish and international groups. Ignacio holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master’s in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE Business School. He is a lecturer in Corporate Law at ESADE and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
