Timo Hasler is an associate in Homburger’s corporate/M&A team whose practice focuses on M&A. He advises listed and private companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including

financings. He advises on matters of corporate governance as well as corporate law and securities regulation. Frank has published various works on public takeover law, corporate governance, equity capital markets and corporate law. He holds degrees from Columbia Law School and the University of Neuchâtel, and in 2003–04 he was a member of the M&A team of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York.

Andreas Müller is a partner in Homburger’s corporate/M&A team whose practice focuses on public and private M&A transactions, private equity and capital markets. He also advises on matters of corporate

governance and executive compensation, as well as corporate law and securities regulation. Andreas heads the executive compensation team, and is the chair of the editorial board of a legal periodical on corporate and capital markets law. He has published various publications on executive compensation, corporate governance and corporate law. Andreas holds degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Basel. In 2016 he was a member of the M&A team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
