Fraser Law also worked on the ac - quisition of Stansfeld Scott (Barbados) Limited (the “target company”), a significant wine and spirits dis - tributor in Barbados. The firm negotiated the relevant transaction documents, conducted due diligence on the target company and prepared the applications to the relevant regulators.
