Gabriel Abdalla is a lawyer specialising in legal due diligence at BVA, with extensive experience in

Rafael Teixeira has over 15 years of experience in the market, with a career in top-tier law firms and a solid performance in the M&A sector. Additionally, Rafael possesses international experience that will

covers M&A, private equity, joint ventures, foreign investments, capital markets (equity and debt), restructurings and wealth planning, with a strong cross-border focus. He has particular expertise in infrastructure, oil and gas, energy, mining and technology, including airports, ports and power generation assets.
