C. Debra Burnette is a highly respected attorney with over 25 years of practising in Antigua and Barbuda. She is licensed to practise law in Antigua, Grenada and Anguilla, and leads CDB Legal Services as
managing attorney. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of civil law, such as commercial litigation – particularly banking and business disputes, insurance issues and family law. Ms Burnette has represented clients before the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. She has also been Acting Master at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court several times. Additionally, she served as President of the Antigua and Barbuda Bar Association from 2015 to 2017 and now chairs the Disciplinary Committee for the Legal Profession in Antigua and Barbuda.
