Alex Drysdale advises corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions on a range of complex, cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures and

corporate restructurings. He has acted on some of the most significant corporate transactions in the British Virgin Islands and is a go-to lawyer in the jurisdiction for public company work with a BVI nexus. Alex has also advised on some of the jurisdiction’s most significant restructuring transactions, including advising FTX in bankruptcy as part of its Chapter 11 proceedings, and advising clients on complex debt restructurings pursuant to BVI schemes of arrangement.
