Andy Lionel Biaou is a member of the Côte d’Ivoire Bar and managing partner of Houda Law Firm. He has over ten years of experience as a legal counsel and attorney with leading law firms in Abidjan, including

Frédérique Sery-Kore serves as legal counsel at Houda Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as a legal counsel both in a law firm and within a company belonging to an international group.

He has developed strong expertise in business law and litigation, and regularly advises clients on administrative contracts (public procurement and PPPs), corporate law, commercial law, labour law and foreign exchange regulations. His practice also covers insolvency proceedings, banking and insurance, due diligence, telecommunications, data protection and the energy sector.

Marine Quinitric has been a senior legal counsel at Houda Law Firm since July 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced as a lawyer at the Nanterre Bar (Hauts-de-Seine), France, within FIDAL Law Firm. She

has developed strong expertise in business law through professional experience in both Paris and Abidjan. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial and contract law, telecommunications law, construction law, banking and finance, and corporate law.
