Matija Skender is a senior associate at Babić & Partners and a member of the Croatian Bar Association. He graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law and is currently attending post-graduate
from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2009), as well as a postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London (2020). Iva is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and the International Bar Association (where she is involved in the work of Antitrust Section’s Cartels Working Group), and is the American Bar Association liaison to the Croatian Bar Association.

Marija Gregorić has been a partner at Babić & Partners since 2006. She studied law at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law. With more than 25 years of experience, she regularly advises and represents
clients from various industries on M&A, employment, data privacy and related litigation matters, and has contributed to numerous publications on issues relating to her area of expertise. Marija is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and the International Bar Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and Association Europénne d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales. Marija was named employment lawyer of the year in 2025 by a major legal directory.
