Christina Ioannidou is one of the founding partners of Ioannides Demetriou LLC and heads the firm’s corporate/banking department. She specialises in high-value M&A, joint ventures and cross-border

transactions. With dual expertise in law and mathematics/statistics (Imperial College, Harvard University and University of Oxford) and more than 20 years in practice, she is renowned for structuring complex and prominent deals in banking, insurance and energy sectors. Christina is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). Her expertise in structuring complex transactions has led to her key role in Cyprus’s most significant and high-value deals.

Niovie Constantinou is an associate director at Ioannides Demetriou LLC, focusing on M&A, banking and finance, corporate and commercial law. She advises on complex domestic and cross-border

transactions, including asset and share acquisitions, financings, restructurings and due diligence. Niovie has been involved in landmark Cyprus transactions, including major banking mergers, acquisition financings for hospitality assets, and share and asset disposals in the insurance and retail sectors.
