She earned her law degree from Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil and her Master’s in Procedural Law from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo, where she has also taught Civil Law for the past three years. María Celeste also served as the Regional Director of Corporate Acts and Dissolution at the Superintendence of Companies.

Jorge Sicouret Zea is an attorney at Coronel & Pérez. He holds a degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES) and later obtained a Master’s in Business Law from the same university. Jorge joined
