Félix Reyes is a partner at Coronel & Pérez. He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Barcelona and a specialisation in Procedural Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. His activity focuses on dispute resolution, both local and international, as well as corporate and administrative law, in various areas, including energy and natural resources, pharmaceuticals, insurance, technology, tourism and mass consumption. He has been Legal Chair at the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil and Professor of Civil Law at Universidad de los Hemisferios in Quito. degree from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. She is an expert in arbitration and has extensive experience in various areas of corporate law, including M&A. She was a legal adviser at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and at the Administrative Chamber of the National Court of Justice. Jorge Sicouret Zea is an attorney at Coronel & Pérez. He holds a degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES) and later obtained a Master’s in Business Law from the same university. Jorge joined

the firm in 2020 and has dedicated his practice to advising clients on due diligence for the assessment of projects, and on M&A transactions. He has also assisted his clients in the design and negotiation of sophisticated corporate and contractual structures.

Karla Condo is an attorney at Coronel & Pérez. She holds a law degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES). Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, both domestic and international, assisting

several international clients in commercial arbitrations. She also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as tax and corporate matters, and has been involved in M&A transactions.
