Hashish served, inter alia, as (i) Vice Chair of the Foreign Direct Investment Committee of the International Law Section at the American Bar Association, (ii) Vice Chair for Middle East & Africa of the International Association of Defense Counsels; and (iii) board member and Secretary-General of the United Nations Global Compact in Egypt.

Heba El Abd is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with more than six years of experience handling corporate, M&A, employment and TMT matters. Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Heba worked as
an associate at a reputable law firm. Heba graduated from Cairo University with a BA in Law (English Section). During her studies, Heba took part in various internships at top-tier law firms in Egypt.
