Justice Oteng is a senior associate at Addison Bright Sloane. His principal

areas of interest include disputes, technology law, corporate law and financial regulation. He has extensive experience in advising high profile government agencies and private clients on capital markets transactions. He was part of the local counsel team on Ghana’s Sovereign Debt Restructuring work. Justice holds two LLMs from the University of Ghana (Financial Markets Regulation; and Alternative Dispute Resolution). He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners. He has contributed to publications on bribery and anti-corruption, corporate governance, data protection, and fintech laws and regulation in Ghana.
