NanaAma Botchway is the founder and managing partner of N. Dowuona & Company and leads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. She advises on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions,
including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and strategic investments. Her practice spans sectors including mining, energy, financial services, infrastructure and consumer goods. NanaAma regularly acts for multinational corporations, investors, financial institutions and Ghanaian businesses on transaction structuring, due diligence, regulatory approvals and deal execution. Alexander Calloway is an international transactions adviser at N. Dowuona & Company. He advises on cross-border transactions with particular experience in M&A, energy, venture capital and private equity
matters in Ghana and across Africa. He has worked on complex transactions involving international investors, major corporates and private capital, including in the oil and gas, fintech, agriculture and real estate sectors. Alexander advises on transaction strategy, structuring and execution in matters that require multi-jurisdictional co-ordination. He is qualified in England and Wales.
