transactions and extensive experience with cross- border transactions, including with the US, China, Japan and EU countries. He advises both domestic and foreign companies on a variety of corporate matters, representing clients in significant Israel- related M&A and commercial transactions. He served as the chairman of the Corporate Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, Tel Aviv District for four years and worked for six years at two leading law firms in the USA.

Nataly Margalit is a partner in the corporate and M&A department, focusing on cross-border transactions and strategic investments involving Israeli companies, representing buyers and sellers throughout the full

transaction lifecycle, advising multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital investors, and growth companies on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and corporate partnerships. Nataly has particular experience advising international clients entering the Israeli market, and repeat global acquirers across technology, life sciences and other innovation-driven sectors.
