Gabriella Opromolla is a partner and heads the corporate governance team at Eptalex – Garzia Gasperi Iannaccone & Partners. She advises Italian and foreign clients across the industrial, banking and financial
advises national and international companies and investors on day-to-day business activities and complex cross-border transactions, including joint ventures, M&A and financing operations. His 20-year association as Of Counsel with Titus & Co. Advocates in New Delhi has significantly broadened his cross-border expertise. Jacopo has also been involved in major financing and restructuring projects, and serves as a lecturer in specialised master’s programmes. He is a member of the Bar Association of Pavia.
