Michelle Neville-Clarke heads Lennox Paton’s banking and finance, corporate and commercial, investment funds and private client groups. She has considerable experience in investment funds,

Stan Burnside is an associate in Lennox Paton’s financial services group, specialising in corporate and commercial matters, including securities, banking, investment funds, IP, insolvency and digital assets. He

collaborates with local regulators to facilitate the incorporation and licensing of investment funds, financial services providers and digital asset businesses, including exchanges. Stan also assists with business licence approvals, VAT registration and immigration applications, ensuring clients meet regulatory requirements. His recent work includes advising on digital asset legislation, supporting multi-jurisdictional financial institutions with compliance issues, managing probate and trade mark registrations and contributing to regulatory surveys covering securities, e-commerce and corporate matters.

Lethea Carey is an associate in the Lennox Paton’s financial services group, focusing on corporate matters, securities, banking, investment funds, probate, trusts, IP, insolvency and regulatory compliance. She works

with regulators in The Bahamas to assist with the incorporation and licensing of banks, investment funds and digital asset businesses. Lethea also helps with business licence approvals and VAT
