Joseph specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring and governance, and cross-border joint ventures, with deep expertise in local and foreign investment frameworks in the Middle East, the GCC, Africa, and South and East Asia. Yasmina Ballout is an associate at HNS Legal and a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions involving Lebanese companies, including share acquisitions, investments and group reorganisations. She regularly assists in legal due diligence, transaction structuring and corporate governance matters, and provides Lebanese law input in cross- border transactions, particularly those involving investors from the GCC region. Yasmina contributes to both transactional execution and regulatory analysis where corporate and compliance considerations intersect.
