Yasmina Ballout is an associate at HNS Legal and a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions involving Lebanese companies, including share acquisitions, investments and group reorganisations. She regularly assists in legal due diligence, transaction structuring and corporate governance matters, and provides Lebanese law input in cross- border transactions, particularly those involving investors from the GCC region.
