Joseph Nasrallah is a founding partner of HNS Legal. He brings 20 years of expertise in high-stakes domestic and cross-border transactions. Leveraging his ongoing role as group general counsel and
lead strategic advisor for several major multinationals, Joseph provides a unique dual perspective that combines legal precision with the commercial mindset of a global executive. Through HNS Legal, he advises clients on general corporate matters, strategic commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance across the MEAA region. Joseph specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring and governance, and cross-border joint ventures, with deep expertise in local and foreign investment frameworks in the Middle East, the GCC, Africa, and South and East Asia.
Mia Chbeir is a senior managing associate at HNS Legal and has amassed legal skills and experience in core cross-border commercial and corporate transactions, including M&A and day-to-day affairs oriented,
in particular, towards the aviation and airport services industry, media, entertainment, fashion, art, IP, IT and telecoms. She is a double-LLM graduate of Fordham Law, has experience in the first-of-its- kind fashion law academic curriculum introduced in US universities, and has carried out pro bono work within fashion law. Before joining HNS, Mia gained experience in US real estate law, with a particular focus on the transactional side. Mia is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
Jad Skaff is a founding partner of HNS Legal, with extensive experience in corporate, finance and cross- border M&A transactions in the Middle East and Africa, in FMCG, real estate, renewable energy, banking,
entertainment and media. Before establishing HNS Legal, Jad practised at leading Lebanese law firms,
