Nicholas Curmi heads Ganado Advocates’ capital markets practice, advising on securities regulation, structured finance and financial services matters, including private and public offerings of securities and

George also retains a special focus on energy law and has assisted clients with regulatory matters and with transactional matters (including financing) of both conventional and renewable energy projects. He also has experience in aviation law and aircraft financing. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Law (PhD) degree from King’s College London in 2018. George is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta and an Accredited Insolvency Practitioner.

Luke Hili is a senior associate within Ganado Advocates’ insurance and capital markets practices. Luke regularly assists clients wishing to raise finance on the capital markets via listing on both domestic and
