She is contributing to a comprehensive study of Myanmar’s laws and is a co-author of “The Forefront of Myanmar Legal Affairs – Theory and Practice” (2016).

Nirmalan Amirthanesan is an Australian lawyer who has been practising in Myanmar since joining Myanmar Legal Mori Hamada Limited in 2016. He has assisted clients from various sectors with M&A

companies. She has a strong track record of involvement and achievement in relation to applications to the Myanmar Investment Commission and negotiations with regulatory agencies in various categories of business, including incorporation, registration of trade marks, real estate deals, manufacturing business, and businesses related to energy and infrastructure. Prior to joining Myanmar Legal Mori Hamada Limited, Thit Thit worked as a tutor, assistant lecturer, and lecturer in the law departments at Dagon University and Yangon University.
