Christian P. N. Fenner is a partner primarily focused on the private equity and venture capital communities. He has considerable experience in leading complex cross-border transactions, frequently

representing both global and national buyout funds and industrial clients. Christian has more than 18 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and is well known for his dedication and commercial approach to all professional processes.
