He regularly advises corporates and PE clients on shareholder, joint venture and investment agreements. He advises underwriters on W&I insurance processes, including claims. representing both global and national buyout funds and industrial clients. Christian has more than 18 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and is well known for his dedication and commercial approach to all professional processes.
