Jaeyoung Chang is a senior foreign attorney in the corporate practice group at Lee & Ko. He advises on foreign investment, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, telecommunications, e-commerce,
cybersecurity in Korea. He has advised major domestic and global companies on high-profile data breach investigations, regulatory proceedings and enterprise-wide data governance projects. He also advised on amendments to the Personal Information Protection Act and the Credit Information Act. Mr Ko serves as vice chairperson of the Korea Personal Information Protection Law Association and is a member of several government AI and data policy committees.
