Joana Andrade Correia is a partner and co-head of Raposo Bernardo’s corporate and M&A department. She has led multiple domestic and international operations,

experience as a lawyer in high-profile and complex legal operations and transactions. He is an assistant professor of corporate and commercial law at the Law School of the University of Lisbon, and regularly lectures on entrepreneurship, start-up and management courses at INDEG/ISCTE, one of the most highly regarded business schools in Portugal. Nelson also has experience in legislating and has led several legislative reform committees, in several countries, on banking, finance, insurance, projects, start-ups and venture capital.
