Ingrid Cools obtained her master’s degree in law and her bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Vrije University Amsterdam in 2016 and joined BUREN in 2020. Ingrid
since 2006. In 2010, she was admitted to the German Bar, following which she joined the Cologne Bar as a Rechtsanwältin (lawyer). At BUREN, she specialises in international corporate law, M&A, financing, reorganisation, and restructuring. Friederike advises both multinationals and mid-sized companies in international transactions and procedures, and in their daily legal work. She is treasurer of the Dutch chapter of the German lawyers association (DAV Niederlande) and a member of the German–Dutch Attorneys Association as well as the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
