Jose Fernando Valdivieso is a respected arbitrator and attorney, with over 30 years of experience, and is an expert in commercial, civil and real estate law, as well as regulatory and
arbitration and litigation. A former senior partner at Guerra, Salazar & Vega Soyer, he teaches Obligations at PUCP and other top universities. He is pursuing a Master’s in civil law at PUCP and is a member of the Lima Bar Association. Mr Vega serves as an arbitrator at leading institutions including the Lima Chamber of Commerce, PUCP and AmCham Peru, and is a member of the working group for the review and improvement of the Peruvian Civil Code.
