He specialises in national and international M&A transactions of non-listed companies (private M&A), including venture capital and private equity transactions, management buyouts and financing rounds. His particular focus is on projects in the healthcare, life sciences and IT sectors. In addition, he advises corporate clients on legal matters related to their daily business, corporate law (foundation, capital increase and change, as well as liquidation of all kinds of companies) and questions of group structuring and financing.
