Qualified in England & Wales and Italy, Paolo has over two decades of experience advising on EU and UK competition law, both in private practice and in-house, in regulated sectors such as telecommunications and media, financial services and payment systems, as well as in the tech and life sciences sectors. Paolo’s extensive experience extends to all areas of competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominance, investigations, mergers, state aid and follow-on damages claims.

Helen has particular expertise in working with clients in the financial, tech and professional services sectors. She has guided many banks and solo regulated firms through the complex employment issues related to the introduction of the senior managers and certification regime, and on crossover employment and regulatory issues. Helen’s focus is on strategic matters, such as workplace discrimination of a sensitive nature, equal pay, team moves, boardroom disputes and employment cases involving financial services regulatory issues.
