Renée has also served as a federal judicial clerk at the US District Court of the Virgin Islands and serves on the Court Improvement Project Committee for the Family Division of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.

He served as chief legal counsel to Governor Albert Bryan Jr from 2018–22, and is admitted to practise law in the USVI and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
