Pierre Yanogo is in charge of SCP Yanogo Bobson’s labour and litigation departments. Over more than 20 years, he has acquired solid experience in carrying out tax and legal advice
on commercial contracts in line with the OHADA regulation. She has acted as counsel for various multinational companies in relation to numerous global disposals and acquisitions. She also regularly advises clients on the legal framework for investing in Francophone Africa. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University in Canada, a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Montreal in Canada and a joint LLM from the Universities of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Bologna in Italy and Vienna in Austria.
