ducted by the Labour Board have become one of the central issues during the first year of the Act’s applica - tion and, if left unaddressed, will continue to shape its practical evolution. Absent structural adjustments that align institution - al capacity, administrative management, and legal requirements, the risks are evident: effective protec - tion for employees is weakened, labour relations are unnecessarily strained, and conflicts are displaced from the administrative sphere to the courts. The pending challenge is not normative, but one of imple - mentation, and its resolution will be critical to consoli - dating the promise of celerity and effectiveness that underpins the Karin Act.
