Yang Cheng is a senior partner at Lantai Law Firm and managing partner of the human resources and labour affairs team. She serves on the firm’s management committee and is a mentor at top Chinese universities, including CUPL, Beihang, and China Institute of Industrial Relations. Her expertise spans compliance, corporate governance, labour and HR, and workplace safety. Cheng has advised central SOEs, financial institutions, multinationals and regulators on comprehensive compliance and employment matters. Recognised by several legal research companies, including Chambers, she has authored leading texts on labour law and frequently delivers training to government bodies and state- owned enterprises.

Yan Yu is a senior partner at Lantai Law Firm and a practice mentor at the China Institute of Industrial Relations. She specialises in labour law and corporate compliance, with extensive experience serving leading financial

institutions, internet companies and energy enterprises, including CITIC Securities, China National Chemical, State Grid, Baidu and JD.com. Yu has advised on HR compliance system building, large-scale personnel placement and M&A due diligence, and has represented clients in over 100 labour disputes. She is widely recognised for her ability to balance strategic compliance with practical dispute resolution and training.

Weina Wang is a partner at Lantai Law Firm, a part-time arbitrator with the Beijing Chaoyang Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee, and a member of the Civil Procedure Law Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. With
