Alessandro Paone is the co-founder of NIUS and is one of Italy’s leading experts in corporate crises, reorganisation and restructuring. In recent years, he has managed and overseen some of the most significant
collective impact procedures for Italian and international clients alike. Alessandro specialises in strategic planning and designing complex reorganisations from the ground up, supporting companies in the trade union negotiations that are essential for implementing social cushioning measures and collective redundancies. A prolific author of scientific publications in his field, Alessandro is also a columnist for several national newspapers and a lecturer at universities and on specialised master’s degree courses.
