Jose Luis Diaz Castañeda graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, where he also taught labour law. He has taught labour law at Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara and has over 50 years of

experience in labour litigation. Jose Luis has been a partner in several firms, including Martínez y de Labra Abogados. He joined the firm as a founding partner in the labour law department when it was established in 2019.
