Thomas Talén is head of the employment team at Ro Sommernes Advokatfirma AS, has specialist expertise in employment law and has advised clients across both the private and public sectors for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience with complex transactions, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and business transfers (TUPE), as well as corporate restructurings and post-merger integrations. Thomas regularly advises both Norwegian and international companies on compliance and risk management matters, collective agreements, and employment conditions. He also provides strategic advice to international clients regarding the deployment of seconded employees and cross-border assignments.
Marte Dahl works on general commercial law and private client matters. She has particular expertise in employment law, contract issues and disputes. Marte has varied experience working on employment law issues, including investigations and managing individual employment relationships, both in advisory work and in negotiations and disputes.
Marianne Viset works primarily on commercial law matters and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in employment law. She advises businesses across multiple legal areas, from conflict prevention
through to resolution, and has extensive experience handling complex legal matters. In employment law, Marianne assists clients in both the private and public sectors through all phases of the employment relationship, including health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance, working conditions, and various forms of employment affiliation, including permanent hiring and temporary staffing arrangements.
Øyvind Clausen Bade works primarily on employment and privacy law matters as well as dispute resolution. For over 15 years, Øyvind has assisted Norwegian and international businesses as well as private
individuals in all areas of employment law and with GDPR compliance. Øyvind has extensive experience in advising, conducting negotiations; leading employment law processes such as business transfers, downsizing and reorganisations; and litigation.
