Martin Šafar is the director and a partner at Šafar & Partners and a practising attorney. He is also a registered mediator with the Slovenian Bar Association and a member of the state legal examination
commission. He graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana in 2007, and has led the firm since 2011. Martin’s main area of practice is labour law, where he is widely recognised for handling complex cases. He also counsels on civil, commercial, corporate and insolvency matters.
