Authors
Robert Stromberg is a partner who has specialised in employment and labour law for the past 25 years, and heads the employment and investigations team at Cederquist. In addition to advising clients in connection with internal investigations and acting as an external investigator, Robert advises on employment protection, key manager contracts, consultancy contracts, trade secrets, pensions, incentive schemes and other remuneration issues. He handles litigation, dispute resolution and internal investigations, including many cases before the Swedish Labour Court and arbitration tribunals. He provides labour and employment law advice to multinationals with Swedish operations. Robert is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and other well-known associations such as ELA.
Malin Dunér is a managing associate who has specialised in employment and labour law for the past ten years. She advises domestic as well as international clients in all aspects of labour law, such as re-organisations
and other changes of employer’s businesses, employment contracts, terminations and M&A- related labour law. She is frequently hired as an external investigator in HR internal investigations. Malin also represents clients at trade union negotiations and labour law disputes before the Swedish Labour Court and arbitration proceedings. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
