Recent work highlights include assisting companies with sensitive internal investigations into harassment, misconduct and compliance breaches, often involv - ing complex cross-border issues and implementation of remedial measures to reduce organisational risk and liability. extensive experience in providing pre-investigation advisory services, including setting up internal whistle-blowing hotlines compliant with data protection rules, and assists clients with investigations, internal audits and disputes relating to GDPR and other areas. He also assists clients in regulatory risk assessments and with building compliance programmes. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.

Jenny Welander Wadström is a partner and head of Roschier’s employment practice and corporate investigations and compliance practice in Sweden. She has extensive experience assisting clients

in internal investigations into alleged workplace harassment, inappropriate behaviour and other workplace-related non-compliance, and in handling employee relations following internal investigations, including subsequent litigation. She is experienced in assisting clients in investigations initiated by reports through internal whistle-blowing or ethics hotlines, and she regularly assists companies in setting up whistle-blowing channels in a compliant manner. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.

Andreas Hallbeck is a senior associate in Roschier’s corporate compliance and investigations practice in Stockholm. Andreas advises on corporate compliance, crisis management, trade compliance

and other corporate compliance matters. He is experienced in leading internal investigations into alleged breaches of company code of conduct and violations of law, and in working with multi- jurisdictional white-collar crime investigations. He is also experienced in advising companies in establishing compliance programmes. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the New York State Bar.

Björn Johansson Heigis is a partner and head of Roschier’s data protection, digitalisation and TMT and outsourcing practices in Sweden. He is specialised in IT, dispute resolution, ICT and IP transactions, as well as data protection and licensing. He has
