Praween Chantanakomes is one of the lead members of the investigations, compliance and ethics team at Baker McKenzie in Bangkok. He has extensive experience in providing compliance-related advice,

regulations. He advises on a wide range of employment and immigration work, and assists clients with all employment aspects of M&A and transactions. Nam-Ake conducts and supervises employment due diligence work, and assists with all HR aspects post-integration or divestment. He has also taken on a lead role in the Sustainability Group and been involved in many ESG matters, including advising on human rights issues and human rights due diligence. Theeranit Pongpanarat is a key partner in the employment and compensation, and investigation, compliance and ethics practice groups at Baker McKenzie in Thailand. His specialisation ranges from the hiring and terminating of senior executives and directors to restructuring, M&A, industrial disputes, post-termination restriction enforcements, work permit and immigration complexities, employee benefits and welfare planning. Theeranit also has extensive experience in work safety issues, and advises extensively in the areas of fraud, discrimination and harassment investigations. He is experienced in workplace investigations in highly regulated industries, and advises clients on ensuring robust ethics and compliance programmes.

and analysis on all matters related to labour laws, such as disciplinary investigation and actions, reviewing commercial agreements, and conducting legal research concerning labour laws, regulation laws and other commercial laws.
