USA – DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA Law and Practice Contributed by: Connie N. Bertram, Bertram LLP
Bertram LLP was founded by Connie N. Bertram af - ter 30 years in Big Law to focus on investigations, disputes and negotiations at the owner, executive and board levels. Bertram LLP represents clients across the country in negotiations, internal investiga - tions, arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution. As clients have told Chambers USA, Bertram’s lawyers are “trusted advisors” who have an “encyclopedic
knowledge” of employment laws. But, even more im - portantly, they anticipate and consider the business sensitivities raised by challenging internal leadership and ownership disputes and external corporate dis - putes. Bertram helps clients make informed and fair decisions that minimise their risks and liability and appropriately consider broader economic and busi - ness considerations.
