Tracey Levy is the founding member of Levy Employment Law and leverages 30 years of experience in employment law and employee relations to support organisations with all their employment law concerns.
Tracey develops and delivers workplace training to build respectful workplaces, upskill HR professionals and equip managers to lead through her affiliate business Impact Workplace Training. For the past decade she has served as an educator with the Cornell University ILR School, training on effective workplace investigations, report writing, employee relations and employment law compliance. Tracey regularly shares her analysis of recent employment law developments, including through the firm’s blog and newsletter.
Raphael Lee is of counsel to Levy Employment Law. Raph began his career as an employment litigator with two law firms, including working with Tracey and Simone at Proskauer Rose before moving to in-house practice.
Raph served in progressively more senior in-house employment roles at AIG, Marsh McLennan and ultimately S&P Global, where he oversaw employment law matters globally. At Levy Employment Law, Raph advises on employment matters from hiring to termination, and everything in between, including structuring agreements, performance management and worker classification. Raph also regularly serves as a workplace investigator.
Simone Handfield is senior counsel at Levy Employment Law and brings over 25 years of experience as an employment attorney and human resources consultant. Simone regularly advises clients on a variety
of employment matters, focusing primarily on workplace investigations and counselling on day-to-
