Sarah C Crossley is a former partner of Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP and currently runs her own mediation and workplace investigation practice at Sarah Crossley Mediation & Workplace Investigations. Sarah has

Laura has particular expertise in complex wrongful dismissal claims involving departing executives and breaches of restrictive covenants, such as confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses across multiple industries. She also has experience assisting on injunctions and employment-related shareholder disputes.

Naomi Santesteban maintains a broad practice and provides advice to a wide range employers on of various labour and employment matters. Naomi has experience assisting clients with grievance arbitrations,
employment disputes, workplace investigations, human rights, workers’ compensation, and other related issues. Naomi is also keen on exploring her interests as they relate to more specific industries including construction, education, and non-profit organisations. As part of her articles, Naomi participated in a seven-week secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board where she performed legal research and shadowed mediators, vice-chairs and board members.
Laura J Freitag is a partner at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP. Laura practises in both private and public sectors in all areas of labour and employment law. She has a focus on employment litigation, human rights
