Alan has significant experience of cases involving insolvency and his practice involves high-value, complex fraud and asset recovery claims, often including freezing orders, disclosure orders, anti-suit injunctions, and gagging orders. Alan is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Prior to practising in the Cayman Islands, Jae was a member of the disputes and investigations team at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney, Australia. He is a native speaker of Korean and is fluent in Japanese.
