Mostafa Ihab is a partner at MADPES and a dual-qualified (civil law/ common law) bilingual disputes lawyer with 16 years’ experience, including seven in Saudi Arabia. He advises and represents clients in
commercial disputes before local courts and arbitral tribunals, and handles financial crime cases and internal investigations. Before joining MDAPES, Mostafa spent eight years as a prosecutor at the Egyptian Financial Crimes Prosecution Office, handling thousands of cases including high-profile corruption matters. He holds an LLB and criminal law diploma from Ain Shams University and an LLM from Indiana University.
