Michel Aaron Feugueng is the managing partner of Maaron Law Firm and a dual-qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and barrister of the Cameroon Bar Association. His practice focuses on
cross-border fraud, asset tracing, complex commercial disputes, and business and corporate law, with particular emphasis on financial crime and multi-jurisdictional recovery strategies. Michel combines his legal expertise with exceptional financial credentials – a Fellow Accountant (FFA, UK; FIPA, Australia), qualified Certified Public Accountant and holder of the Corporate Finance Institute’s Triple Crown (FMVA®, CMSA®, CBCA®) – enabling him to address fraud cases involving sophisticated corporate and financial structures. He regularly advises financial institutions and corporates on risk exposure, enforcement and recovery.
Yvette Kalieu Elongo is an academic and legal practitioner specialising in business law and OHADA law. Professor Kalieu contributes to Maaron Law Firm’s work on complex legal analysis relating to fraud,
corporate liability and regulatory frameworks. Her expertise includes the interpretation of OHADA Uniform Acts, particularly in relation to commercial companies, securities and enforcement proceedings.
